Who We Are

For more than 25 years, Source has been bringing together people and opportunities within architecture and design. But for us, recruiting has never simply been about filling a position. It’s about understanding the people on both sides, recognizing potential, and finding the right fit for where they are now and where they want to go next.

Relationships are at the heart of how we work. Many of our clients have been with us for 15 years or more, and much of our business comes from people we’ve worked with before or who have been referred to us. We’ve even watched candidates we placed early in their careers go on to build firms of their own and come back to Source when it’s their turn to hire. Those full-circle relationships are a big part of who we are.

We approach every new client and candidate with optimism and curiosity. We believe there is a right place for everyone. Sometimes the right person isn’t actively looking. Sometimes the right opportunity isn’t the obvious one. Our job is to look beyond the résumé and the interview, understand what really matters, and make the connection that works.
